<p>What I propose to do in this video is to take you right inside Matt Gordon’s system so that you can see exactly you get.<br />
Ejaculation Trainer is a holistic system for  curing premature ejaculation. Where it differs from a lot of other premature ejaculation cures that I’ve seen is that it addresses the whole mind/body equation and the role that that plays in sexual arousal.</p>
<p>There’s a lot of information out there about kegel exercises and the squeeze technique and the like, but they only address the physical side of getting aroused, and not the mental side so they only present half a solution,  if that.<br />
So we’re here at the Ejaculation Trainer site and I’m just going to scroll down to the ordering section. This product is available through Clickbank, and if you’re not familiar with Clickbank they&#8217;re basically a marketplace for information products – acting as a middleman between the buyer and seller. <p>Now I’ve previously purchased Ejaculation Trainer so I’m just going to give you a look inside my copy. Now I’m not going to show you everything but just the features that I consider to be the most salient.</p>

<p>So you can see from the Table of Contents that Ejaculation Trainer is quite comprehensive. There’s over 130 pages and it really does cover every aspect of the arousal and ejaculatory process.<br />
(<em>Introduction</em>)<br />
So here we are on the introduction page. And I think it’s worth pointing this out upfront – Ejaculation Trainer is not a short term or overnight fix. It really is about giving you a long term solution for PE. It will require a bit of work on your part and it will take a bit of time (around 6-8 weeks) to bring about a permanent cure.<br />
(<em>Premature Ejaculation</em>)</p>
<p>The preliminary chapter of Ejaculation Trainer is really about setting a foundation for the rest of the program. It deals with what is PE, what cause PE; the physiology behind both erections and ejaculation and setting the right expectations for getting rid of PE.</p>
<p>(<em>Sympathetic vs Parasympathetic Mode</em>)</p>
<p>But it’s this section of the preliminary chapter  that I really want to focus on because it was this part that really turned the light bulb on for me when I was looking to overcome my PE problem ; and that is the difference between the sympathetic and parasympathetic modes – two different aspects of our nervous system.<br />
The sympathetic mode is that which you’d associate with the fight or flight mechanism whilst (and its’ all about using energy) whilst the parasympathetic mode is the state you’d associate with relaxation (and its’ about conserving energy).<br />
The key to all this of course is that the longer you can keep yourself in a parasympathetic mode then the longer you’ll last in bed.</p>
<p>(<em>Arousal</em>)</p>
<p>Chapter 3 is all about arousal and arousal control – and as Matt states it’s not about shunning arousal but allowing yourself to go through the arousal/pleasure process more slowly.<br />
Matt teaches you about the 4 different stages of arousal and how you need to become familiar with your own arousal levels</p>
<p>(<em>Mental Control</em>)</p>
<p>Chapter 4 is about mental control and it’s very much concentrated on the attitudes and mindset that you take into the bedroom.<br />
Now bear in mind that we’re about halfway through the program at this stage and no mention  has been made at all at this stage and no mention has been made at all of any physical exercises that you can do to overcome PE – that’s how important the mental side of controlling arousal is.</p>
<p>(<em>Perineal Muscles</em>)</p>
<p>But Matt does get onto the physical side of the equation. The Perineal muscles section is a detailed look at the sex muscles (or those muscles that are involved in the ejaculatory process) and the exercises you can do to train those muscles to last longer.<br />
(<em>Masturbation</em>)<br />
The Masturbation chapter  is all about the correct way to use masturbation as a tool to help controlling PE.</p>
<p>(<em>Lowering Her Threshold</em>)<br />
And that brings us to a chapter which I was very surprised to find in the course which is the lowering her threshold section.<br />
And this chapter is all about advice and techniques for making your partner come more quickly – the idea being that if you can get your partner to come more quickly then you needn’t worry so much about whole long you need to last.</p>

<p>If you are someone who suffers from premature ejaculation and want to end it, then I encourage you to keep reading &#8211; because what follows is how I was able to transorm from being a chronic premature ejaculator to someone who can now last as long as I want &#8211; without using pills or creams and without turning the whole sexual act into a clumsy start-stop exercise.</p>
<p>I first started having sex in my late teens and (not entitrely unexpectedly) would come pretty quickly whenever I did. This didn&#8217;t bother me too much at the time because I was just so happy to be having sex that I wasn&#8217;t that fussed about performance issues. But it did start to become an issue when I entered into my first real relationship and an even bigger issue in my second long term relationship. I was with older women on each occasion and whilst they were understanding, they weren&#8217;t entirely successful in being able to cover up their disappointment whenever I came just as they were starting to get warmed up.</p>
<p>The further problem was that this then started to escalate into a vicious mental loop where whenever it looked as if sex was about to happen, I&#8217;d start to get anxious about my performance and would actually take this anxiety with me into the bedroom. The short story is that the whole sex act soon started to become a really joyless experience for me.</p>
<p><strong>Fortunately I realised, that if was to going  end my premaure ejaculation problem, then it was solely up to me to do something about it. It wasn&#8217;t just going to go away of its own accord.</strong></p>

<p>There&#8217;s an abundance on websites on the Internet that extol the virtues of kegel exercises or the squeeze method &#8211; and I put both of these methods into practice. I didn&#8217;t persist too long with the squeeze method because I soon realized that whilst it could allow a sex session to last longer, it wasn&#8217;t fixing the root cause of my P.E. &#8211; that being my getting too aroused too quickly. In fact when I look back at it now, I liken the squeeze method to trying to hold back a sneeze once it&#8217;s already in progress, rather than addressing what it is that&#8217;s bringing on the sneeze in the first place.</p>
<p>I also started using kegel exercises and these did bring about an improvement in my condition &#8211; Iwas defintely able to last longer, but there was still something missing. Whilst I had a little more control over when I came, I wasn&#8217;t as relaxed as I wanted to be during the sexual act, and frankly (exercises or not) I still had the whole performance anxiety issue hanging over me everytime that the clothes came off.</p>
<p>Whilst not exactly desperate at this stage, I was prepared to give anything a go and therefore started investigating the whole pills and creams scenario. I tried a few different things without great success until I came across Enlast -which actually worked for me. <p>There are a couple of basic exercises that you can adopt straight away to help <em>end premature ejaculation</em>.</p>
<p>The first of these exercises &#8211; known as <strong>the squeeze method</strong> &#8211; and developed by the sex researchers Masters and Johnson in the 1970&#8217;s &#8211; is fairly rudimentary. It basically involves either you or your partner squeezing the head (also known as glans) of your penis when you feel yourself nearing ejaculation. The idea is that fairly quickly your penis will lose blood, your level of arousal will decrease and your erection may even start to subside.</p>
<p>After your level of arousal has decreased, you will then be in a position to recommence foreplay and when sufficiently aroused re-enter you partner. Once you near the point-of-no-return again, you withdraw and use the squeeze technique again. And you keep doing this until both you and your partner are ready to achieve orgasm.</p>
<p>The squeeze method can be an effective technique for preventing premature ejaculation, but it has a couple of major drawbacks as far as I am concerned. Firstly, even after you&#8217;ve applied the squeeze, your level of arousal may not be sufficiently decreased; meaning that you may have to repeat the process in another 3-4 minutes. And aside from all that &#8211; it&#8217;s a bit clunky. It lends a real &#8220;stop-startness&#8221; to the sex act which can really decrease both your and her joy levels.</p>
<p>I did employ the squeeze technique for a while but eventually stopped using it for the reasons listed above.</p>
<p>The other popular method for <em>preventing premature ejaculation</em> is to use <strong>Kegel Exercises</strong>.</p>
<p>The Kegel exercises were originally developed by Dr. Arnold Kegel to help women strengthen their pelvic floor after childbirth. But the good doctor actually started using these exercises himself as he realised that they could benefit men as well as women. Specifically, kegel exercises for men can help them achieve stronger erections as well as have greater control over when they ejaculate.</p>
<p>The muscles in question are the pubococcygeus muscles (or PC Muscles) of the pelvic floor. If  you&#8217;ve ever cut off your flow of urine midstream, then you&#8217;ve flexed your PC muscles to achieve this outcone. They are located between the scrotum and the anus.</p>
<p>Loosely speaking, kegel exercises for men are basically flexing the PC muscles to help increase the muscle strength. As it is the PC muscles which control the flow of both urine and semen as well as the strength of your erection; the &#8220;fitter&#8221; the PC muscles are, then the greater control you will have over your ejaculatory reflex.</p>
<p>Kegel exercises seem to pretty much form the foundation of any premature ejaculation exercises program, but I don&#8217;t believe they are enough just by themselves. They don&#8217;t adress your mindset during sex, nor your overall level of relaxation or your breathing.</p>
<p>This was why I knew I&#8217;d discoved the complete premature ejaculation exercises program when I came across Ejaculation Trainer by Matt Gordon &#8211; which looks at the whole mind/body relationship when it comes to premature ejaculation.</p>

<p>But despite all that, I don&#8217;t use Enlast any more. Not because it doesn&#8217;t work but because in the end I just decided that I wanted a natural solution to premature ejaculation and didn&#8217;t want to have to carry a tube around. <p>In all the research that I did into <strong>preventing premature ejaculation</strong>, one of the subjects that kept bobbing up was &#8220;mindset&#8221;. Our mind and our body are inimately connected &#8211; in fact you often hear scientists speak of the &#8220;mind body connection&#8221;. This is relevant as far as premature ejaculation- which simply means reaching orgasm before you ideally want to &#8211; is concerned because one of the largest contributors to premature ejaculation is a negative mindset.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not surprising  when you think about it. Our minds rule our  bodies. If we are sad, we  cry. If we are happy, we smile .  And, yes, if we  have the wrong mindset then we men can climax too early during  sex. Here’s  how it works, and I will speak quite personally about the matter.</p>
<p>I was someone who used to reach orgasm too  soon. I was acutely aware of this knew this and was always hyper conscious of the fact that I  wished I could last longer and  satisfy myself and my partners more. This was the baggage that I carried going into every sexual encounter. Even before foreplay had begun  – as soon as the  opportunity to have sex has arisen – in the back of my  mind was always the nagging thought, “This time I <em>have</em> to last longer than I have   in the past.” You see,  already, either  consciously or  subconsciously, my performance was tainted with negative  emotion. It was  providing extra pressure that I didn&#8217;t really need. Before  sex Iwas thinking  about foreplay, during foreplay I was thinking about  how I was going to satisfy my partner, and all the while at the back of my mind was the overshadowing question, “Am I going to come too soon?”.</p>
<p>What is required is to always be in the  present so that we can avoid the negative emotion that’s brought on by thinking   about what has happened in the past, or what <em>might</em> happen the  next time we have sex.</p>
<p>Totally  aside from sex, you can witness how we just about always operate on  auto-pilot. Everyday, we’re  taking ourselves out of the present and  into the future when we really don’t  need to. Walking down the street  and we’re thinking of work, at work we&#8217;re  thinking about sex, during  sex&#8230;well, we know what you’re thinking about during  sex. The point  is, to fully relax and focus and enjoy sex for long periods, you  need  to be in the present. Inadvertently thinking about what might happen – coming too quickly – takes your focus off what is actually happening:  you’re  moving up the stimulation scale. This in turn stifles your  ability to identify  how close you are to orgasm which in turn makes preventing premature ejaculation impossible.</p>
<p>So here is a  technique that has one simple goal: to increase your self-awareness  and always bring you  back into the present during sex. It needs to be used during the  plateau stage of sex,  the hard part, where keeping control of yourself  is the most important and  difficult. What you need to do is, every now  and then, ask yourself a couple of  simple questions in your head. “Do I  feel tense or relaxed?” and “How close am  I to reaching orgasm?”. It’s  really important that you say these questions in your  head and not just  “think” them. Actually say each word. The first question uses  a simple  psychological principle to relax you and focus you on the situation   at hand. If, after asking yourself if you feel tense, you notice your  shoulders  are tight, or that you’re tensing your stomach when it’s not  necessary, you  don’t need to think of what to do next: your shoulders  automatically drop and  your tense mid-section relaxes. Asking yourself  the second question, “How close  am I to reaching orgasm?” is something  you should be doing throughout sex –  identifying where you are on the  stimulation scale. This brings you into the  present and focuses you.</p>
<p>So, if you&#8217;re committed to <em>preventing premature ejaculation</em>, then I&#8217;d strongly encourage you to examine the mindset that you&#8217;re taking into each sexual encounter &#8211; and by asking questions of yourself (aloud in your mind) that will bring you back to the present moment.</p>
